Organisational ethics – also known as business ethics – are the values, principles, and standards that guide the individual and group behavior of the people in an organisation. Business ethics are set up to steer and manage activities and business situations to proactively avoid harmful behavior.
It is imperative to empower with the strategic tools to lead with ethical integrity, ensuring your organisation’s governance is respected and trusted.
Corporate governance is ‘the framework of rules, relationships, systems, and processes within and by which authority is exercised and controlled in corporations or organisations. It encompasses the mechanisms by which companies or organisations, and those in control, are held to account.
